DM to book!We’re Hiring an Assistant Manager We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our venue with a genuine passion for hospitality. This is a role for someone who doesn’t wait to be asked, you spot what needs fixing and you fix it. Whether it’s operational issues, service standards, or small details that elevate the guest experience, you take initiative and ownership. Key Responsibilities: * Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue * Lead by example on the floor, maintaining exceptional service standards * Proactively identify and resolve maintenance or operational issues * Manage bookings and guest communications using the Collins booking platform * Oversee service flow during busy periods, ensuring efficiency and atmosphere * Train and motivate staff, particularly within bar service and cocktails * Maintain compliance, stock control, and cash handling procedures * Communicate with the kitchen team and work together Essential Requirements: * Proven experience in a supervisory and assistant management role within hospitality * Strong working knowledge of the Collins booking platform * Formal cocktail training with confidence in high-volume service * A genuine passion for music and understanding of how it shapes atmosphere * Deep care for hospitality — not just service, but experience * Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and team leadership abilities The Right Person: You understand that hospitality is both operational and emotional.
