With over 18 years in hospitality and a degree in International Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts, Adam brings a wealth of experience to hideaway. A trained chef, award winning bartender, associate lecturer, and business owner, he's launched seven concepts over the past decade- including The Beer Engine, The Old Workshop, The Tramshed & Make No Bones at Church. He's cooked for Anthony Joshua, co-authored the Henderson's Relish "Strong and Northern" cookbook, and helped take vegan fast food mainstream. Most recently, he's been working with Freddie's Hard Iced Tea- now stocked on our bar. Driven by people, great products and unforgettable experiences, Adam's Passion is behind everything we do.

Born and raised in Sheffield, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and a deep passion for the industry, Bella brings energy, care and creativity to every shift. Having worked across multiple venues, she thrives in fast-paced environments and loves creating memorable guest experiences. Currently in her final year of studing International Hospitality Tourism Management, Bella combines practical expertise with academic insight. Outside of work, youll find her experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new resturants, or getting stuck into anything artsy and creative.

After a five-year break, Evangeline has rediscovered her passion for hospitlity and is loving every minute of it. Still new to the scene but already making her mark, her bring great energy, a warm smile, and a genuine love for meeting people. Whether she's crafting cocktails or chatting with guests, Evangeline is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Outside of work, you'll find her playing guitar, diving into music, and spending time with her family, friends- and wonderful girlfriend

Born and raised in Sheffield, Lenny has been bartending for over four years. He's passionate about the creativity and craft behind every drink, believing that a great cocktail should take guests on a journey through flavour, aroma and visual appeal. Known for his eye for detail and calm presence behind the bar, Lenny enjoys experimenting with new ingredients, techniques and garnishes to deliever drinks that are as memorable as delicious. For him, bartending isnt just about mixing drinks- its about creating moments, starting conversations and making every guest feel valued.
