With over 18 years in hospitality and a degree in International Hospitality Business & Culinary Arts, Adam brings a wealth of experience to hideaway. A trained chef, award winning bartender, associate lecturer, and business owner, he's launched seven concepts over the past decade- including The Beer Engine, The Old Workshop, The Tramshed & Make No Bones at Church. He's cooked for Anthony Joshua, co-authored the Henderson's Relish "Strong and Northern" cookbook, and helped take vegan fast food mainstream. Most recently, he's been working with Freddie's Hard Iced Tea- now stocked on our bar. Driven by people, great products and unforgettable experiences, Adam's Passion is behind everything we do.

Born and raised in Sheffield, with over 5 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and a deep passion for the industry, Bella brings energy, care and creativity to every shift. Having worked across multiple venues, she thrives in fast-paced environments and loves creating memorable guest experiences. Currently in her final year of studing International Hospitality Tourism Management, Bella combines practical expertise with academic insight. Outside of work, youll find her experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new resturants, or getting stuck into anything artsy and creative.

After a five-year break, Evangeline has rediscovered her passion for hospitlity and is loving every minute of it. Still new to the scene but already making her mark, her bring great energy, a warm smile, and a genuine love for meeting people. Whether she's crafting cocktails or chatting with guests, Evangeline is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Outside of work, you'll find her playing guitar, diving into music, and spending time with her family, friends- and wonderful girlfriend

Born and raised in Sheffield, Lenny has been bartending for over four years. He's passionate about the creativity and craft behind every drink, believing that a great cocktail should take guests on a journey through flavour, aroma and visual appeal. Known for his eye for detail and calm presence behind the bar, Lenny enjoys experimenting with new ingredients, techniques and garnishes to deliever drinks that are as memorable as delicious. For him, bartending isnt just about mixing drinks- its about creating moments, starting conversations and making every guest feel valued.

After spending three years behind the scenes in back of house, Harvey has made the move into front of house, and hasn’t looked back since. Sheffield born and raised, he thrives in fast-paced cocktail environments and loves the buzz of a busy shift, especially when he’s thrown in at the deep end. Bringing calm energy, quick thinking, and a great sense of humour to the team, Harvey is all about keeping the good vibes flowing behind the bar. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him outdoors, listening to music, or behind the decks DJing whenever he gets the chance.

After starting in hospitality six years ago, with a few breaks along the way, Dan has worked his way from classic pub environments into the world of cocktails, and this is his very first cocktail-focused role. Sheffield born and raised, he brings a friendly, chatty personality to every shift and loves getting to know the people who walk through the door. Whether he’s behind the bar or out on the floor, Dan is all about good conversation, good energy, and making guests feel welcome. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him playing rugby, spending time with his girlfriend, and enjoying everything Sheffield has to offer.

Yorkshire born and raised, Josh started out in hospitality cleaning bars before quickly working his way up to bartender, and he’s never looked back since. With two years behind the bar and experience across seven different venues, he’s developed a love for the fast pace and unpredictability of hospitality, especially the fact that no two shifts are ever the same. Adaptable, calm under pressure, and always ready to think on the spot, Josh brings great energy and flexibility to the team. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his girlfriend and their cats, as well as making the most of Yorkshire life.

After exploring a few different industries, Oz found a new home in hospitality six months ago, and has fully thrown himself into it ever since. Originally from Liverpool and moving to Sheffield in 2022, he’s been cross trained across multiple areas of the venue and loves getting involved wherever help is needed, whether that’s in the kitchen, behind the bar, or lending a hand on the floor. Known for bringing plenty of frolicking and tomfoolery to the team, Oz thrives on socialising, meeting new people, and immersing himself in Sheffield’s sound system culture. Outside of work, he’s a proud cat lover and is almost never seen wearing matching socks.

Born and bred in Sheffield, hospitality is all Oli has ever really known. Starting out making desserts at just 15 years old, he’s spent years building his experience across around eight different venues, developing a genuine passion for food, fast-paced kitchens, and feeding people well. Constantly cooking both in and out of work, hospitality has become second nature to him; it’s simply part of who he is. Bringing big energy, creativity, and plenty of personality to the team, Oli thrives in busy environments and loves the social side of the industry just as much as the food itself. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him skating, at a party, or doing something music-related with his sound system.

Originally from Manchester and having lived there his whole life, Oli moved to Sheffield for university and quickly found himself fully immersed in kitchen life. With four years of experience behind him, he’s developed a real passion for the creativity that comes with cooking, especially the freedom to experiment and design new dishes. An aspiring entrepreneur with a love for hospitality, Oli is always thinking of new ideas and ways to develop his craft. Japanese food is his absolute favourite, and outside of work he loves travelling, watching football, and finding inspiration from different food cultures wherever he goes.

Born and raised in Sheffield, Ziggy has spent the last five years working in kitchens and has loved the fast pace and creativity of hospitality ever since. Although he took some time away from the industry to pursue hairdressing, he quickly realised he missed kitchen life far too much and found himself drawn straight back to it. Still passionate about hairdressing outside of work, Ziggy brings creativity into everything he does. A huge fan of Italian food, both cooking and eating it, he’s always surrounded by good food, good music, and good company. Coming from a very musical family, music has always been a huge part of his life and personality.

Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, and later moving to Shanghai, China, before settling in Sheffield in 2022, she brings an international background and a wealth of experience to the team. Having worked across multiple hospitality venues over the past four years, she’s grown to love the sense of community the industry creates and the genuine connections that come from meeting so many different people. Alongside hospitality, she is currently completing the final year of her Criminology and Psychology Degree, balancing studies with busy shifts and a passion for learning. Outside of work, she loves going to the gym, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with her two cats.
